Marketing Automation and Performance Marketing Specialist

Qualifications

We are looking for a Marketing Automation and Performance Marketing Specialist and good team player to join our team in Antalya at the SunExpress Headquarters.

 

The Marketing Automation and Performance Marketing Specialist is accountable for Marketing Automation, Social Media and Performance Marketing and works in close collaboration with the Manager Marketing Automation and Performance Marketing and the Head of Marketing & Business Segments. She / he is the marketing contact person for all digital marketing campaign executions (marketing campaigns on the CRM system including newsletters, content personalization etc. including relevant segmentation, performance marketing with the digital agency including all relevant performance channels, social media content synchronization of paid and unpaid media, KPI evaluation of all relevant campaigns and their reporting. Ensure compliance while executing marketing automation campaigns and collecting data.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Media Computer Science,
  • 3 - 5+ years of marketing automation experience,
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com (including social, mobile and audience studio) or any similar marketing automation platform,
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices,
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal are mandatory,
  • Must be well-organized and self-motivated with a good sense of urgency,
  • Strong project management skills with an affinity to work independently,
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision,
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion,
  • Excellent attention to detail,
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and share existing one, avoid thinking in silos,
  • High affinity for digital trends & innovations,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • German or English native speaker, excellent skills in English or German as 2nd language (spoken and written), Turkish is an advantage,
  • Open-minded with intercultural openness,
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally,
  • Committed work style and flexibility in finding solutions,
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages.

Job Description


  • Responsible for email and mobile marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements,
  • Define and integrate of additional attributes into the marketing automation software; propose enhancements and optimisation for better communication with our customers ( personas),
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team,
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously,
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards,
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth,
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing,
  • Go to person for developing digital media plans for the marketing project leads,
  • Attracting and converting prospects by capturing their interest on a product or service that will help solve their problem. Common marketing channels used: blogs, email, chat, keywords, landing pages, social media, etc.,
  •  “a strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience — and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action.”,
  • Managing our media partners and agencies to a) constantly improve our performance and b) drive for innovative elements in our campaigns and c) optimize budget ,
  • Controlling / monitoring of all costs related to her projects within the standard formats.
  • Steering of all relevant agencies (creative, social media, digital agencies),
  • Analytics and BI to a) improve segmentation b) increase engagement / interaction and c) recommend different channels based on insights.
  • Giveaway forecast, coordination and production
  • Planning, organization and on-site support of events (especially those based in Turkey)
  • Initiation and implementation of internal marketing activity
