- Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels
- Monitor online payments fraud alerts daily and take necessary actions to protect customers and banks
- Identify fraud patterns through the monitoring of high-risks
- Contact with customers for potential fraud cases and chargeback looses.
- Contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data to support decisions
- Verify activities through outbound calls and/or send “Potential Fraud Alert” e-mails to customers
- Responsible for following and reconciling the chargeback cases
- Refund the transactions via POS
- Manage the customer master data on SAP
