Fraud and Chargeback Specialist


We are looking for an experienced Fraud and Chargeback Specialist and a good team member, who will work in     SunExpress Antalya Headquarter

Our requirements for this position;

  • Bachelor degree in related fields ( Business Administration, Economics, Finance).
  • At least 3-years working experience in ticket sales offices, Airline, Travel agencies/Tour Operator’s finance/accounting departments, preferably in the units who manages prevention/detection of card fraud and chargeback flows according to Visa and Master Card rules.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • SAP FI experience is an asset.
  • Good level of English, German would be an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Locates or willing to locate in Antalya.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines.
  • Result oriented, good team player and well organized.
  • Experience on using virtual POS merchant interfaces (reporting, refund and void actions etc).
  • Comfortable with analysing and synthesizing large data sets and also require the ability to work independently.
  • No obligation of military service for male candidates.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels
  • Monitor online payments fraud alerts daily and take necessary actions to protect customers and banks
  • Identify fraud patterns through the monitoring of high-risks
  • Contact with customers for potential fraud cases and chargeback looses.
  • Contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data to support decisions
  • Verify activities through outbound calls and/or send “Potential Fraud Alert” e-mails to customers
  • Responsible for following and reconciling the chargeback cases
  • Refund the transactions via POS
  • Manage the customer master data on SAP
