Organisational Development Specialist

Qualifications

We are looking for Organizational Development Specialist and strong team member who will work in Antalya - SunExpress Headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in Engineering fields,
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
  • Strong analytical skills and result orientation,
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
  • Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate effectively at Senior Management Level,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced level of Excel),
  • Good command of English, high sense of responsibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To identify organizational development needs and conduct respective lean and optimization workouts,
  • To evaluate organizational change requests and manage the decision process with the related parties,
  • To prepare workforce plans with organizational structures, providing analyzes for norm staff
  • To evaluate, analyze and follow up headcount requests,
  • To follow developments in the related sector, carry out process improvement workouts, and develop a new project,
  •  To create unique job descriptions and update existing job descriptions when necessary,
  • To prepare job analyzes of all positions for existing and new structures in the organization and update job descriptions
  • To prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures,
  • To conduct job/staff analysis, draft job descriptions, determine objectives and KPIs for new or changing business units in organizational changes
  • Making directives / situational leadership required by the teams during implementation, giving essential approvals, and eliminating any problems/obstacles
  • Making situational leadership in one-on-one meetings and on-the-job for team development
  • To identify productivity opportunities by analyzing the organization and processes
