The Commercial IT Analyst is supporting the resolution of problems and the operations of the IT Commercial set of applications
- Triage of incidents within the IT Commercial landscape
- Support the day to day operations of these systems
- Providing IT service levels which meet business expectations
- Discover and research problems and work with the team to provide acceptable solutions
- Work with the business to manage acceptable outage times/ routine maintenance
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of online systems: Internet Booking Engine (IBE), Ancillary Services, Online Check In, E-Ticketing.
- Understanding business process and having and end to end view of the business
- Having the organisational and technical agility to respond to changing business priorities.
