Qualifications

We are looking for Customer Service Center Specialist and reliable team member who will work in İzmir

Our requirements for this position;

  • University/bachelor’s degree or through relevant work experience acquired equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Good skills in spoken and written English, German, Turkish
  • Good computer skills, e.g. MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in Customer Service Center and Airline industry prefered
  • Knowledge and ability to use special software programs such as Salesforce, SAP,
  • Knowledge and ability for statistical analyzes of CSC
  • Working experience with Customer Focus
  • Experience in dealing with employees/providers
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural expertise
  • Experienced in CSC performance calculation and analysis
  • Have a high-stress tolerance with an ability to think on one’s feet
  • Sales oriented

Job Description

Customer Service Center Specialist  responsibilities will be;

  • Knowledge-based customer correspondence approval/rejection processing,
  • Provision of guidance to outsourced service providers,
  • Social Media savvy,
  • Feedback and evaluation of high priority customer feedback (written and verbal)
  • Finding customer orientated solutions with Company interests in mind,
  • To ensure up-to-date knowledge of current policies and procedures, 
  • Supporting the review and implementation of customer related processes in-house and at the CSC,
  • Participate in calibration processes and quality assessments of CSC performance,
  • Monitor Customer Service Center sales performance and produce analyses and reports,
  • Monitor Customer Service Center KPIs,
  • Invoice control,
  • Support any projects and tenders in the department.
