HR Business Analyst

Qualifications

We are looking for HR Business Analyst and strong team member who will work in SunExpress Headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration,
  • Information Technologies, or related fields. A Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Proven ability with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Office 365 applications
  • SAP Product knowledge
  • Excel Macro knowledge
  • Writing scripts is a plus
  • Experience in process re-engineering, product design, and systems implementation as project lead or subject matter expert is desirable.
  • Experience in HR modules and HR analytics products is desirable.
  • Experience in the Human Resource Management work area is a plus.
  • Experience in QlikSense, Robotic Process Automation and/or Microsoft PowerApps is a plus
  • Experience in Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus. PMP is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. (German language skills is a benefit)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

HR Business Analyst is responsible for:

  • Responsible for digitization of department processes and spreading of digitization acumen in the HR Services & Analytics department
  • Administration, Maintenance and Development of HR Dashboard  and SAP HR as an admin-user
  • Analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • RPA process design and implementation in HR Directorate
  • Designing worklows and forms through Office 365
  • Improvement of HR Services & Analytics department member’s knowledge and ability in digital platforms (Low Code, Office 365) by giving trainings
  • Applying Project Management methodology in evaluating business problems and developing new processes
  • Being partner with internal users to gather business requirements and translate to functional requirements
  • Hands-on creation of test scripts and doing user acceptance testing of the systems.
  • Managing release/product rollout and the partner with business on project communications
  • Managing multiple projects, duties and/or priorities
  • Interacting with IT team, consultants and other technical teams, and business organizations
  • Facilitating discussions with HR units and stakeholders to understand business process needs/gaps and to document requirements
  • Providing production support for implemented applications; identify and report system bugs, as needed
  • Recommending changes to existing products/services/processes and partner with business communities to properly address business needs.
  • Re-engineering of on-going HR processes.
