Job Description


  • Preparation and agenda management of Executive Management meetings 
  • Supervising the Decision paper process and administering the CorporateSuite application 
  • Document preparation and coordination of Board of Directors meetings 
  • Coordination between the Executive Management and the organization 
  • Leading strategic projects 
  • Creating strategic presentations on behalf of the Executive Management 
  • Create and coordinate briefings for the Executive Management 
  •  Ensure preparation of the Executive Management for internal and external meetings
