Procurement Governance Team Leader


We are looking for Procurement Governance Team Leader and strong team member who will work in SunExpress Headquarters.


  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics from a reputable university,
  • Understanding Procurement IT system knowledge,
  • 8 years and more of experience in procurement,
  • Advanced level of English both in written and spoken (German language would be an asset),
  • Advanced MS Office applications usage,
  • Having high coordination & strong communication skills,
  • Ability to work under time pressure,
  • High level of problem-solving skills,
  • Decisive and result oriented,
  • High level of cost awareness,
  • Ability to be proactive, independent and self-organised as well as drive to lead initiative

Job Description

Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows;

  • Provide advice and consultancy to the procurement and requesting departments in areas of policy and procedures,
  • Coordinate category strategy development activities and annual procurement plan,
  • Gather and aggregate strategic initiatives coming from categories,
  • Coordinate supplier and supply chain risk analyses,
  • Drive process improvements and related systems implementation,
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of procurement training curriculum,
  • Establish and sustain contract management process and system,
  • Continuously analyse value adding potential of knowledge management and sourcing tools,
  • Coordinate and verify procurement contribution measurement,
  • Coordinate in budget planning and control process,
  • Coordinate supplier registration, qualification and performance management activities,
  • Ensure SC risk analysis, mitigation planning and actions follow-up,
  • Prepare periodical procurement activity reports,
  • Manage Procurement Projects,
  • Monitor KPI’s, SLA’s of Procurement Departments,
  • Follow technological enhancements in the procurement function e.g. RPA, AI, SCM.
