Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 4 year experience in the field of Procurement, especially in governance function
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications, sourcing platforms and procurement systems
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills,
  • Experience in SAP
  • Strong analytical abilities,
  • No military obligation for the male candidate

Job Description

  • Provide advice and consult to the procurement and requesting departments in areas of policy and procedures
  • Support preparation of annual procurement plan
  • Gather and aggregate strategic initiatives coming from categories
  • Support process and systems implementation and improvement
  • Execute procurement contribution measurement
  • Participate in budget planning and control process
  • Coordinate supplier registration, qualification and performance management activities
  • Prepare periodical procurement activity reports
