We are looking for Digitalization Business Analyst and strong team member who will work in SunExpress Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in the following: Assisting with the business case, requirements analysis, translating and simplifying requirement, requirement management and communication, configuration of the applications, etc.
• Ability to write, structure and present effective process documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, test plan and test cases
• Translate the functional requirements from the customer into design
• Prepare test scenarios and undertake the functional validation of a solution before delivery to the customer
• Guide a team of developers, help them understand the business requirements and develop applications and / or configured solutions
• Work confidently in the technology space with Agile practices (specifically the Scrum Framework) particularly defining required user experiences (UX), the writing of user stories and the sketching of wire-frames
• Responsible for the organization, facilitation, and ongoing improvement of all scrum events, and maintaining sprint integrity.
• Prepare RFP, RFI and procurement documents for products and services to be outsourced, participate in evaluating the offers from the companies and prepare an evaluation report

Requirements;

• At least 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management in IT. IIBA or PMP certificate is a plus,
• Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, and software development life-cycle is a must
• Familiarity with the business processes of airline applications is a plus
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Possess hands-on approach
• Have been part of Digital Transformations/ Automations in the past is a plus.
• Experience working with Integration Platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Databases, BPM, RPA is a plus
• Microservices or API-based Integration Architecture, Event-driven Architecture is a plus
• Having knowledge of purchasing and contracting processes, techniques used in this process (RFP, RFI, RFQ, Vendor Proposal etc.),
• Experienced in project management processes and methodologies,
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Release Management),
• Being able to follow more than one project at the same time, use time management effectively
